RAMPING UP. Republican presidential challenger Bill Weld isn’t going away. Far from it – he’s opening an office in the first-in-the-nation primary state.
Weld, the former Massachusetts governor, will be in Manchester today for private meetings, a campaign source says.
Before the end of June, he will open an office at 25 Lowell St., Manchester, conveniently located near the legendary Red Arrow Diner.
Weld is also in the process of “building” a campaign staff, we’re told.
